agile integration

I have hands-on experience integrating Agile methodologies into interactive development projects, ensuring efficient workflows and adaptive problem-solving. Within the APAC Visualisation team, I introduced and implemented Agile processes to streamline project management, enhance collaboration, and improve delivery timelines.

 

From sprint planning to retrospectives, I facilitate an iterative process that keeps teams aligned and projects on track. My approach balances structure with flexibility, allowing for rapid iteration and continuous feedback. By incorporating user testing and iterative refinement, I help create high-quality, user-centred experiences that evolve alongside project goals and stakeholder needs.

As President of QUT Reality Labs, I led a community of students passionate about XR, game development, and emerging technologies.

 

My role involved organising industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities to bridge the gap between students and professionals. I worked closely with industry partners and faculty to provide hands-on experiences, ensuring members gained practical skills and industry insights. Through my leadership, the club fostered collaboration, innovation, and a supportive environment for aspiring developers. My time as President strengthened my ability to manage teams, drive initiatives, and create meaningful opportunities for students in the XR and game development space.

lidar processing

I have hands-on experience processing LiDAR data for visualisation and digital twin applications, transforming raw point cloud data into detailed, interactive 3D environments. My workflow involves cleaning, optimising, and converting LiDAR scans for real-time use in engines like Revizto, ensuring engineering accuracy while maintaining performance.

 

I’ve worked with large-scale datasets, refining processes to improve efficiency and streamline integration with BIM models. My expertise in LiDAR processing enables the creation of high-fidelity visualisations that support architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) projects, bridging the gap between raw spatial data and immersive, interactive experiences.

My journey into Digital Engineering stems from a passion for technology, visualisation, and problem-solving. Coming from a background in game development and interactive environments, I was drawn to the way Digital Engineering integrates real-time technology with the built environment.

 

Through hands-on experience, I’ve worked across BIM, LiDAR processing, and digital twin development, applying game engine workflows to enhance communication and decision-making in the AEC industry. Alongside this, I am actively learning traditional BIM processes to deepen my understanding and broaden my skillset.

 

My role has evolved to bridge the gap between technical development and project management, ensuring innovative and efficient solutions. This journey has allowed me to combine creativity with technical expertise, driving better outcomes through interactive and data-driven visualisation.
